SERVPRO of Central Monroe County

On June 18th, our school, Good Shepherd, was flooded, and we went through one of the most difficult experiences in our recent history. It was a chaotic and extremely stressful time for all of us working here. However, from the very moment Myles, Wallace, and James arrived on site, everything changed. They calmly explained what needed to be done, the procedures to follow, and guided us step by step throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, knowledge, and empathy made a huge difference. From the moment the Servpro team began their work, we felt we were in good hands. Communication was clear at every stage, and the team’s commitment was evident from day one. This has been one of the most organized and well-managed experiences we’ve had—especially in the middle of an emergency. We have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for the entire team. Our water heater went 2 times in matter of about a week flooded upstairs and downstairs and serve pro whole crew was great , very helpful and made the whole ordeal a lot easier to deal with very professional and kind, made sure they explained everything very thoroughly. , they really worked with our schedule as well communicated everything step of the way they really helped alleviate some some of the chaos from the stressful situation my daughter and I are very appreciative of their compassion and understanding everyone was truly amazing to deal with !!!

We recently experienced a major water loss at our EMBI Facility, and I can’t say enough good things about Wallace and the Servpro team. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and managed to restore the affected areas and remove all the water in just three days. Their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail were outstanding. Truly impressive service — we are incredibly grateful for everything they did. Servpro came out to my commercial Loss building and did an amazing job. They showed up after hours and made the process so easy Myles Austin and James made my life so much easier. They handled it with professionalism and made everything go away. They had us back up and running in no time I don’t know what I would of done 💜
