We are grateful to have used Servpro to resolve our home remediation and repair issues. Will and his team swept in and took control of what seemed to us a very tricky water intrusion and mold situation. They figured out the problem, fixed it using appropriate OSHA standards, and did it in a way that ultimately saved us money while doing quality work. We were quoted for the various work by a variety of other separate companies (floor installation, painting, plumbing, sheetrock) and ServPro’s numbers were the best. It also felt good just to deal with one company’s representative for everything. They have our highest recommendation.

Where do I begin? Maybe the fall of 2022, when I called ServPro to my elderly neighbor’s home at midnight after a sprinkler head flooded all but one room of her 3/2 condo. After remediation, a new kitchen, new floors, and new drywall, I was singing their praises despite running into trouble with one of their general contractors. The main office staff took my concerns seriously and quickly assigned me a new general contractor. Things went well enough that by fall 2023, I called them again when another water issue hit my neighbor's condo. This time it was a leaking air conditioner that damaged more than her newly replaced floors. That incident required mold remediation in several rooms, two bathroom tear-outs, new drywall, and new floors all over again. My contractor this time was Will, and from the start, he was incredible. He said he would treat my neighbor like his own grandmother, and he did so over and over. By early 2024, my neighbor had to move into assisted living after a rehab stay. Will continued working seamlessly with me through countless setbacks and challenges, always putting mine and my neighbor's concerns first. By the end of it, Will did one final act of putting the customer before money. He took a huge risk by advocating for my neighbor to have permission to extend the payment period for the balance of the money she owed ServePro for the work. Unfortunately, my neighbor was under-insured, but ServPro still worked with her and the insurance company to get as much covered as possible. Then, they gave her several extra months to pay off her $13,000 balance. When it became clear that she was going to need to sell her condo in order to pay the balance of her account, Gina, a member of the main office staff took over. My neighbor wasn't able to settle her bill until after her passing in August 2025. Her condo didn't close until September of 2025. That's two years after the project began! Gina always remained kind and accommodating when she checked in to see how the condo sale was proceeding. For the exception of that first contractor from 2022, every other employee and contractor (and there have been a lot..lol) associated with ServPro have been client centered, professional, empathetic, problem solvers, that made a very difficult time (that spanned years) easier. I can not say enough good things about Gina, Will, and the people that ServPro chooses to affiliate themselves with. The remodel quality was excellent, too. ServPro offered us way more than good customer service and workmanship. They offered kindness, understanding, and reasonability as well.

Our business acquired services through ServePro recently, they had to do a complete lighting upgrade, Michael and Chris were so professional and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions, and did a quick and efficient job getting us up and running again. I highly recommend you use them for your electrician needs!!
