The SERVPRO team was great and did a fantastic job of handling all of our damaged items from the Fire and Water. ‘D’ and Alma were great! They were very professional and showed real concern for our tragedy. They took great care with our personal affects and helped us to resolve what might be salvaged and what needed to be replaced. We really appreciate their hard work and dealing with an absolute mess the fire caused. We couldn’t have done the job they did. Thanks so much for helping us get through part of this difficult situation. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to handle this type of work anytime.

SERVPRO to the rescue!! We recently had the misfortune of needing our home packed due to a flood, not serious but needed the entire downstairs packed. The folks at Servpro of Alamo Ranch, Chris and Alma made things easier. Chris helped with the scheduling while Alma and her team packed our belongings. Alma was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed from start to finish. Her team packed all our items with much care. Thank you Chris, Alma and the rest of the folks at SERVPRO of Alamo Ranch.

From the moment that my Mother’s bathroom sink sprung a leak, ServPro swooped in and took care of everything. Cassandra and her remediation team came almost immediately and removed wet, damaged flooring, carpet pad and drywall and set up fans to begin the drying process. They came by every day (even on the weekend) to check on the progress. After everything was all dried out, Melissa came to take pictures so that she could coordinate with the insurance company. She worked closely with them to get us all the money we needed for the repairs. Michael, the construction manager, came and walked us through the reconstruction process and came by frequently to check up on progress. Miguel and his team of workers were pleasant, respectful and kept everything cleaned up at the end of every day. The quality of workmanship is some of the best I have seen. AND, from start to finish, ServPro worked directly with my Mother’s insurance company to coordinate estimates, payments and any unanticipated added expenses throughout the project. We would not hesitate to recommend ServPro to all of our friends and family. Thanks Cassandra, Melissa, Michael & Miguel. We appreciate every thing y’all did.

They came out to check for water damage and made a lot of promises and were very positive. Insurance had already approved one part of the claim, they only needed to submit the photos and report to my adjuster that was waiting. Over two weeks went by and they lied that they contacted her and made no effort to work on the claim, yet they repeatedly said they were. I called USA Restoration Pro and they came out same day with dehumidifiers and fans and started demo and restoration the next.

Servpro did an extremely poor job. There was never any communication with us about their services or what to expect. If I didn’t ask questions I would have never been informed. When the job was finally completed weeks later they left a mess and we found items in our home that were broken. We had to call them back to finish cleaning their mess. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for mold remediation. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m making it a point to warn everyone who is considering Servpro.
