Service Master cleaned my mother's house top to bottom after a furnace issue and the whole crew did an amazing job and were very helpful and paid attention to detail. As you can see in the pictures the place was spotless when the job was complete.. Big shout out to Kayla , Taylor,Vinny,Emma,and Natalia you guys were awesome! I don't have the names of the 2 that came to do the carpets or the woman that came to the original consult but they get 5 stars also! Thank you

Lacey, the project manager, was great to work with - friendly and efficient. My husband and I were concerned, however, when the two men who placed the air handlers didn't show for their removal and Lacey got stuck with lifting them up a steep staircase with no assistance.

This is our second time using Servicemaster. Nothing but top notch service! From Randy to the clean up crew of Logan, Vinnie, Emma, and Carrie. They did a great job and answered my many many questions! Randy was amazing with communication. Always a prompt answer to my calls or texts. They were able to save the carpet which was a huge bonus. Highly recommend this company!

Very efficient crew. Always let me know ahead of time when they would like to stop out to check the mitigation process. Also they were great at explaining what they were doing and encouraged any questions I might have. Friendly and professional.

John Brooks was very helpful in reaching out to my insurance company, and the other sub-contractors needed to perform some of the cleanup. His crew of Pete, Carrie and Frank did an amazing job of cleaning up the smoke damage on virtually every surface in the house. They were at the house the same afternoon of the fire, to put in air scrubbers to get the smoke smell removed. They all were very professional, and understood the situation at hand, to get me back into the house in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to use Service Master again if needed, or to recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.
