I had an overall most phenomenal experience with this company. The cost was expensive. But worth every penny. I was thoroughly impressed with the Project Manager, Josie. She hauled boxes in and out, toted one end of furniture and worked right along with the best of the men who were her "crew". It is unfortunate that her "team" was not as good as she was. Had they been, the job would have most likely taken a day or even two. less to accomplish. It is fairly obvious that most of them are "day workers" because their attitudes showed it. Had I been paying out of my own pocket, this would have infuriated me. "Josh" did a good job of taking a large sectional apart and putting it back together. He slacked most of the other time he was here and spent a lot of time talking on the phone. He also pulled the "ram board" I think they call it, that they walk on, before the job was even done. He left a section of it under the refrigerator, and left the sliders under the fridge, so it would not roll. It took Cedric , Charles plus Josie to work the fridge out and correct the issue. I believe it was just easier to do that instead of bringing boxes into the house and unpacking them and he was into easy. "John", while nice, spent a lot of time talking instead of working. He spent a lot of time looking busy. "Cedric" was by far the best of her team; he worked without stopping between breaks and he had a great attitude. "Charles" also worked well... not "as good" as Cedric, but almost as good. If these two are day workers, they deserve a full time job. Josie made sure every stitch of furniture and glassware was cleaned and replaced exactly as per her pictures. (and I have a lot of stuff!!) She is definitely a good asset to have and I hope she is paid accordingly. The pictures are just 4 examples. It is cleaner than when they came!

This was an unexpected household emergency and Service Master has been great. Sam the Service Master Contractor has been compassionate, responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Josie the Service Master crew chief has been extraordinary. She made this challenging experience the best it could be. Her kindness and compassion put me at ease. They are a great team.

Jonathan Reid with Service Master was there to help with our water damage within hours! Our emergency water saturation of our wall and floor was scary enough, but knowing that he was able to set us up with fans and dehumidifiers within hours was wonderful. During the whole ordeal, he was professional and understanding of our worries. He answered our questions and was so kind and helpful. He was communicative and patient with our family dog! Thank you so much! You definitely come highly recommended by us!!

Great company to work with- they saved the day for me on more than one occasion. Frank and Scott are easy to work with and quick to provide a far range of services in short notice. Post Hurricane Milton- Frank was at my site to walk and asses damage within 24 hours of the storm passing. Prior to the storm, Service Master was able to get me 4 large generators secured in short notice. 100% recommended for any sized commercial project!
