Horrible company to bring into your home or businesses. Had valuable items stolen from my home and they wouldn’t take any responsibility for there employees actions until my Insurance Company got ahold of the CEO and told him to make things rights. If it wasn’t for my Insurance Company they wouldn’t had been held accountable for there employees actions. And according to there employees it’s a common thing that happens at the job sites there sent out to.

We had a water leak in the attic. They sent a team of kids with no care or consideration for our home. Had to hound the supervisor for communication on what was happening in our home. They created more damage then what was previously there. They left our home a disaster. And ruined all the paint upstairs even in areas that were not affected. They ruined our furniture and touched our personal belongings. Now our insurance has to pay to essentially repaint our entire second floor and replace all our carpet because of how they cut into the center of our stairs and ripped out a patch of padding. By for the worst company we have ever felt with. They took down our ceiling and left insulation everywhere. Never sent a report of what was completed. What should have been 5k in damage turned into 30k because now we have to replace our ceiling,lights, a wall in the owners suite, carpet and repaint our whole upstairs. Not to mention the damaged furniture.

Horrible company make sure when you receive your bill look over it. They said they had to use so many boxes but instead I counted less than 50 but seen they put 95 LG boxes and about 80 small boxes. Mind you the rooms were half empty. Tried reaching out but got nothing will be. They are crooks. I looked this company up looks like I'm not the 1st and found out the owner David is ok with this going on. Will report to the BBB and I hope they do an investigation.

These guys were GREAT!! they showed up quickly and removed the water from my home. Came back the next day to check everything. Couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism!!! Would definitely call them again if I had a problem.

I will not recommend this company or their restoration company to anyone. please be carful. l learned it the hard way. all they care about is making money from you and your insurance company. they will make it sound like they are working for you and want to help you and your rights and what so ever once they get in they go above and beyond just to make money. don't let them take anything from you house. they will keep everything like hostage and will not bring you your items until they get paid. it will take for ever and they will not answer your call or e-mails. They will tell you they got hired by your insurance company and after that they will tell you to deal with it. it has been over 3 months since the fire at my house and yet to deliver my clothes.
