SERVICE PLUS

It was a pleasure working with Service Plus Restoration. I was introduced to the Service Plus Restoration team via my homeowners insurance. From start to finish we had a fantastic experience with these guys. Jim was prompt for the initial appointment and thoroughly explained the remediation process and how Service Plus operates. After taking several measurements and pictures, he sent over a very detailed cost estimate with several pages, including pictures. I was really impressed with the thoroughness of their estimate and transparency of what was involved. A couple other companies I had quote the remediation work gave me a lump sum estimate with no idea what was being done and how long it would take. A big mystery... The quality of Service Plus work was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The site lead, Art, was very professional and on-time for all appointments. Hopefully, we don’t have to use Service Plus in the future, but if we do, we will absolutely give them a call. Frank also gave us a couple of follow-up calls to inquire about our experience. I personally had a very good experience with this company. I had a terrible problem with mold/mildew. I had no knowledge about what to do to solve my problem. I took a chance and reached out to Service Plus Restoration after searching IICRC to ensure I was dealing with a licensed company. They were very professional and courteous and offered me a rational and competitve price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with similar problems.
