Julio is the best. Young, bright and on top of it. He assesses and explains things so well, and we are so happy we hired him. From start to finish the work and communication was extremely professional and top level service. We needed him to remove, remediate and repair three walls surrounding a chimney leak. He and his team were awesome.

From day 1, when we contacted Julio and his team, he was quick to find the issues in our home. He helped guide us through the whole process for repairs and was very knowledgeable working with the home insurance company. All members of his team were polite, punctual and would clean up when they would wrap up for the day. Even when our coverage for home insurance was low, he was quick to adjust and find solutions to fix our damages. He has great connections with other vendors and even recommended a great contractor to work with our limited coverage to make sure we had enough funds to pay out Royalty Water Damage and the contractor to repair all damages. Any time I had questions or concerns, Julio was quick to respond to my texts and calls. I would recommend him and his team for anyone who has to deal with water damage in their home.

We had a leak under a home we rent out. We needed someone to come out and clean up under the house asap so we could have the repairs done by our plumber. Julio from Royalty was recommended to us. He came out quickly and provided a fair estimate. They were able to do the job same day! And they did an excellent job, noting any issues we would want to bring to the attention of our plumber as well as including photos. Highly recommend!!

I recently had a burst pipe in my garage which led to water damage. Royalty was referred to me by my plumber and they did a good job all around. I appreciate how they talked me through the process of what the next steps would be with respect to the work they would perform and how they work with the insurance company. They also arrived next day and executed the work in a timely manner during the holiday period which was impressive and thorough. Overall, I highly recommend using their services.
