So, we had a pipe burst under our home, beneath the foundation. The water came up pretty much in the center of the house and went outward, destroying wood flooring and drywall as it went. I was very surprised at their response time. They came and put out dry equipment to minimize the amount of damage and started immediately on the mitigation process.
