First things first! Everyone from the nice women who answered my call to the technician was pleasant and helpful . I had a toilet leak and the sent someone out fairly quickly . My Technician Joe , he stellar , he started with a quick evaluation of the issue and moved onto a solution. He was so kind, I was home with my children not sure what to do about the leak in the upstairs bathroom and he told me all the things that needed to be done and gave me a very fair price for the fix. He communicated everything before the work started and finished in timely manner . I want to say this was kindest most helpful experience I’ve had with a company in a long time, I’d been used to some grouchy people looking to get the job done and leave quickly , but Joe explained everything to me and fixed me issue and left me with beautifully done work. Don’t hesitate to use this company prices are fair, the work is quality and everyone was so kind during a bad situation.

So my situation was dire as I had water backing up into my bathtub and shower! Being Christmas Eve Eve I was worried I would have to wait. I was very pleased with Michael as he arrived promptly and was very friendly and informative. He was up front with the pricing and had everything repaired within 45 minutes!
