Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Let me first start this review with an admission that I had no expectations as this was the first time I have worked with Roto Rooter in Fresno. At the time of payment for service for sewer clog removal, I was completely blown away by the level of professionalism, workmanship and customer service. From the time I first spoke with Alexis to set up an appointment to when my technician, Enrique C. arrived at my home, less than one hour had passed. On a Saturday morning no less. That is phenomenal service and it continued to get better from there. After quickly diagnosing the problem, Enrique went to work. While photographing his work along the way, Enrique took out not one but TWO obstructions in my sewer line. He checked multiple drains along the sewer main and thoroughly confirmed that everything worked properly. Enrique recommended some upgrades to my 63 year old home to perform in the future, but no pressure. The service was prompt. There was a technician at my house in about an hour after my initial phone call. Now, they next day, everything seems to be working. Thanks a lot, guys. I'm taking care of “business," if you know what I mean. It was nice meeting all of you. Thanks again.

On a Sunday, a few hours before the arrival of 7 guests, sewer water started coming up in both showers, the bathtub and around the bottom of the toilets. Roto Rooter had a tech, Andrew, out later in the day. After a few hours Andrew had everything good as new! He was polite, efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend Roto Rooter if you have plumbing issues.

Noah was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained how and what he would be doing so that I would understand what was happening and that made me feel really comfortable with his work. He was on time and on top of his services.

I called on a Saturday because our toilet was backed up and flooded into the bathtub. Our usual plumber came out and could not remedy the situation. I called Roto-Rooter. They came out within an hour and had the equipment to clean the drain all the way to the street. Enrique was very professional and very personable. I do highly recommend them.
