Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I am not sure about the price. It was expensive BUT the services were well worth every pennies. Basically, I took over this business over 2 years ago and I notice that one of the sewer in the kitchen was not draining properly, after numerous calls to Roto-Rooter and many other rooter companies with no results. Eventually that particular drain clogged-up totally a month ago. Before that time, I repeatedly asked the previous owner regarding the condition of the drain and I was told that sewers are working excellently with the usual normal sewer problems. He said that if there were any blockage problems, usually the employees were the one to blame. However, upon observing the staffs working practice, I did not see any major problem with the way they handled the wasted water. All of the kitchen staffs told me that there were some problems with the sewer and they asked the previous owner look further into this problem but the previous owner just brushed it off and basically told them to forget it. Finally, I decided to contact Roto-Rooter and asked them to look into the clogged sewer problems. Make the story short, after a 3 nights of tremendous hard work, the SUPER A-Team, from Roto-Rooter repair the problematic sewer and they pulled out : One (15 foot long) drain-snake was located in a vertical vent pipe. One ( over 15 foot long) drain-snake was located underneath kitchen floor. One 8 inches long rubber bladder. One 3 inches in diameter plastic cap. and two broken drain-snake cable retrieval tool for the sewer pips. The A-team: Christopher, Scott, Francisco Garcia & Jacob, David & Elian, Eli & Lucas, and finally, Sanji. Francisco is the main driving force behind this monumental repair. Without Francisco, this gig will never be completed on-time. He worked hard to minimize the demolition damage to the kitchen floor and making sure the restaurant stay open during the day without major interruption. Cudo to Francisco. Christopher Scott organized the great team for the difficult task. Jacob, David, Elian, Eli and Lucas were the great support team member for the whole operation. Without their dedication, the restaurant would not be able to stay open as promised. Finally, Sanji, is the Cherry on top for this whole operation. Sanji managed to re-treat a broken spring from the sewer with an improvised hook to pull that item out of the sewer. I would like express my sincere gratitude to the A-Team for doing their job professionally, and efficiently. I would recommend this team to any restaurant owner should they encounter an un foreseen sewer repairing need.

There’s never a good time to have your water heater go down. But a great decision to go with RR. Alex Smith really made this a great experience. From a really late call for service, delivering the bad news to us and to getting here early the next day to install our new heater was a great experience. Thanks.

I highly recommend Alex Smith. It was saturday evening during holiday season and my water valve for the main pipe was leaking. Alex Smith replaced with a new water pipe and a valve. He showed professional, incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions in details at 7:30PM. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs.

I had to schedule an online service appt because our gas water heater blue light wasn't blinking. I received an email & text regarding my appt. for the next day. Gilbert Ramirez, the technician came within the first hour of the window appt. He inspected the water heater and said it needed to be replaced because it was linking. He stated what kind of heater what was best for my household and explained to me what parts that need to be replaced and how long it would take. I believe Gilbert took less time than he said & explained the after instructions. He was professional, courteous and explained in easy terms. Gilbert is an asset to Roto-Rooter and deserves recognition for his excellence customer service; financial recognition I mean.

Damien serviced me for a backed up sewage pipe. He was incredibly professional and courteous, explained everything, fixed everything very promptly, and cleaned up afterwards. Great service!!! I would highly recommend Roto Rooter and Damien in particular.
