This is an easy 5 stars for the team at Rochester Restoration. We had a house fire back in the spring and from day one they were nothing but respectful, empathetic and helpful every step of the way. They put themselves in our shoes to help us understand what is going to happen, what needs to be done and how they were going to help us get back into our home. The following day after the fire, the team was at my house, walking through with me every scope of the project and getting started with their work. Throughout the process, they were always responsive when I had questions, going above and beyond with keeping us in the loop on where things stood, and if there were any unexpected delays, there was always a timeline of when things would reconvene. Our home is back to how it was before and even with a few upgrades as well. I can write a lot more about how incredible the team is and how seamless they made this life changing event be for my family and I, but to keep things short, I hope no one ever has to go through something like this, but if you do, I would HIGHLY recommend the team at Rochester Restoration for your home’s needs. High quality work. High quality customer service. Even higher quality people. You are in great hands!

Rochester Restoration should be your only call if you are facing a home disaster. They were recommended to me and I'm so glad. My water heater burst during the night and I woke up to a flooded basement/family room. They worked with my insurance company and were fantastic! Josh and Mike are the project managers that I worked with and they stayed in communication with me every step of the way. Not only do they know what they are doing, they understood the stress and how overwhelmed I was, going through this for the first (and I hope only) time. Every team member was so friendly and respectful. TMarcus, Jordan, Logan and Herbert to name a few - Thank you! I didn't have to lift or move a thing (unless I wanted to), they took care of it all! I cannot say enough good things about them! Thank you for taking care of me and my household through all of this. :)

My experience with Rochester Restoration was excellent from start to finish. I initially contacted them because the first company I worked with regarding water damage ghosted me. Chris responded promptly and completed a thorough assessment of the damage, which was needed. Everyone I worked with through the process was professional, timely, and followed through according to schedule. I especially appreciated the crew that moved my furniture and boxes as they were respectful & careful with these items as well as efficient. Communication was also excellent throughout the process. I have already shared my positive experience working with Rochester Restoration with family and friends & should I need similar services in the future, I would contact them without consideration for any other vendors.

We had a fire in January with expensive smoke damage through the entire unit. After we settled up with the insurance company in April, the restoration company that was to do the entire job, backed out. This left us subcontracting out the work. Chris and his team at Rochester Restoration was the first company we used and boy did they set the bar high. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We never thought the smoke odor would be gone but Chris and his team got the job done. We are sorry this review is late as we have just finished up the unit. My apartment had water damage and mold inside the walls from the unit above me. Our complex chose Rochester Restoration for the repairs out of several companies. The guys were very friendly , Tamarcus and Nick stayed very professional and attentive while moving my 10,000 house plants and my daughter’s giant barbie dream house and for that we are grateful. Chris kept me updated throughout the project and finished a few days earlier. We are back into our home, safe and sound.
