I had a major water leak that went through my floors into the garage, and I was understandably very concerned about the risk of mold, especially with the danger of closing up the area too soon before it could fully dry. He was realistic, not alarmist, and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I really appreciate the support Omar and his team provided us after we experienced a water leak. They were onsite on a Sunday to provide us equipment to quickly address the leak. His team came by daily to check progress and worked with us to come up with a reasonable plan. When they began the remediation it was crystal clear the mold had spread behind our cabinets and under our floor, due to two separate leaks on both ends of the kitchen. Scott and his crew took near 100 photos documenting their work/progress and kept us well informed along the way. They were clean, professional, and provided quality work. Omar did a great job communicating throughout the whole progress to mitigate the shock and stress resulting from discovery of the unexpected extent of the damage.
