Karl is truly the most genuine person. He really cares about the people he's helping and ensures the job is well done. The mold remediation process from start to finish has a lot of steps before it can start and after it's finished. It requires a lot of attention and Karl was there for each step of the way. Karl is the owner and is extremely knowledgeable about mold. Karl was very professional, explaining exactly what we were dealing with and talking me through the steps to remediate the situation. I would highly recommend Karl with Restore904 and would use him again if I ever needed to. He came out and helped us with our insurance claim for our master bath shower pan failing and causing tons of water damage in the walls and floor of the bathroom and the adjacent room. He was very friendly and quick to respond. He helped us understand the insurance process as well as helped us feel at ease with our home now being ripped apart and cleaned up to be rebuilt.
