There is a phenomenal group of people that run this company. Not sure why but most seemingly catastrophic occurrences happen on the weekend and this company was there for me. To be clear all the folks involved were top notch but I would like to give a special shout out to Tyler and Angel. Angel's sense of professionalism and knowledge of the job was spectacular in and of itself however he additionally provided a sense of calm. I was in good hands. Tyler provided a quote for the job on a Saturday night. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you RS!

Eastbound - 820W at Meacham 0725am. Tailgating, aggressive driving, failure to yield and no use of turn signals all in the company vehicle. If your driving is a reflection of your work. You need help. Thanks for not colliding with me on my commute.

You would probably have better service with someone off the street. Terrible communication. Low quality work. Keep an eye on your itemized Statements. They have a tendency of overcharging. For work, not done.Don should not ever be in charge of a job!! He likes to tell you what you want to hear and never follow-up.PLEASE FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!

They were on time. That’s half the issues with service call Companies. The tech was knowledgeable about the products he was using on our carpet. He informed me of areas that he was unsure of rather than doing more damage than what was already done.

I have worked with Restoration Solutions a couple of times and the communication is incredible. They give me daily updates and their prices are very reasonable.
