Where do I begin? First off let me say that from the moment that I called Restoration Doctors, they gave me the listening ear that I needed. I had called so many other places in the area, to get help with my toilet leak and overflow but it was just a bunch of fast talking and high prices. Not with these guys! From start to finish they were both warm and professional and I loved how they came in quickly, tackled the issue, walked me through the steps and process and gave me that peace of mind of being informed. Restoration Doctor of Miami responded fast to my after hours call for water mitigation when I had a toilet overflow! They also worked extremely well with my insurance company and took the burden off me for handling that aspect and worked with them until the end of my claim and all the repairs were completed!
