Restoration 101

I am so happy with the great job Restoration 101 did for us. From the immediate water clean up to the remodel, everything worked out perfectly and flowed so smoothly. The whole team was polite, careful and prompt. Floyd was great as our project manager. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Work was prompt. They even asked to work longer hours during the week (7:30am until 9pm) and also asked to work Sat And Sun in order to complete the restoration in a timely manner. They moved the room contents into the garage for us and cleaned everything before moving it back in...then cleaned everything again after the work was completed. They repainted the entire room so that it would match the places that they had to repair. Very respectful. Very efficient. Will absolutely 100% use them for future projects.

I have used Restoration 101 for several jobs from minor repairs to complete basement remodels. They have fixed damage, replaced and upgraded my home that was far superior to company I used before them. Personally I loved how I could call the project manager and he would pick up the phone or call me back asap! This company really cares about doing a good job and they have a reputation for it. They are very detail oriented and will not leave a job until I (the customer) think it is perfect. They were even cheaper then other rehab & restoration companies in Knoxville. They worked very well with my insurance and took the stress away from me while they repaired my house. They even did a custom paint job that the local painters could not do. When my insurance adjuster came out and looked at the work Restoration 101 did he was very impressed as well. Major shout out to Chase and Todd for doing so much to earn my business. I have three homes in this area and Restoration 101 is the company I am calling when I need work done for now on.

Floyd has done a fantastic job completing a restoration project from water damage from a major leak from the above unit at our 4-bedroom condo in the Woodlands in Knoxville! His crew was professional and their follow up to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction was appreciated. Would recommend Restoration 101 to others.
