Restoration 1 Texas Hill Country

These people did a great job Thomas Lenzi Was awesome and very professional and got the job done right. And so is his helper. They both deserve a raise! I would recommend this company.

So far I can say our experience with Restoration 1, especially the communication & service provided by Thomas & crew, has been excellent. Restoration 1's office crew has always been professional, & provided us with their internal points of contact for direct correspondence for all stages of the project (managers for their water mitigation, restoration, & insurance claims). We selected Restoration 1 based on their online reviews, and the fact that they conduct both the 'water mitigation' (ie, drying out the water damage) as well as the reconstruction to return us to normalcy. We'll update this review once the restoration is complete, but based on last weeks experience I'm anticipating adding another 5-Star review!

From beginning to end, the many many contacts we had at our property, the entire process of remediation and demolition to treat our mold problem, the team of Restoration 1 was exceptional. The first visit from Daniel (Project Manager)with a follow up Mike (Ops Manager) and all of the team of technicians including Mark, Thomas, RJ and Anthony the work went smoothly. We were advised following our expectance of the bid during every step of the process. It was a team effort. When anything came up during the process we were instantly advised with explanations, photos, and whatever other means were necessary. We would absolutely refer to others and as a real estate agent, they are a new connection that I am able to confidently refer to clients.

Marcus and Carlos came after our washing machine had issues and flooded, leaking through the ceiling and flooding right next to one of my infants in their play pen. They arrived promptly and immediately went about cleaning up and setting up fans. They kept coming back regularly and checking how dry the ceiling and floors were, readjusting as needed. They did amazing work, and were polite, friendly and respectful the entire time. Ill admit that i pray i don't have another flood, but if i did, I would happily call them to help fix it.

Called Restoration 1 this morning. Thomas and Able came out the same morning. They were courteous snd professional. They were able to evaluate our wall and spray anti microbial on possible problem areas. I highly recommend Restoration 1.
