Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay

Restoration 1 came to our Parrish home for a duct cleaning service after our new A/C was installed. Aaron and Andy were terrific! They laid down plastic tarps to catch dust and any debris that may have been inside our a/c vents. They hand washed each vent cover as well as vacuumed the inside of all the vents. We highly recommend Restoration 1 due to their professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness.

Renovation 1 has been stellar from Day 1. Robert the Project Manager was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. He has been very accommodating with our unique situation. The two technicians Andy and J.C. were punctual, hard working and helpful through the process. The both of them are commendable in their respective roles. In the midst of a stressful and extremely time sensitive situation for us, these guys were understanding, compassionate and helpful to the point of even moving scheduling around on their end to accommodate us. Everyone at Renovation 1 has been professional and excellent. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

I cant say enough about how great Dave and his team at Restoration 1 does an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. Trusting a company to rebuild your damage to your home or business can be a very tough decision, but these guys make it very easy hands down they are the ones to call! Thank you Dave!

We had a leak inside the Block wall Dec 22 and Restoration 1 did a great job removing the old cabinets, dry wall, tile flooring and drying everything out. They did not remove all the cabinets because they all were not affected but I did get a brand new kitchen and we made it bigger than it was. I would recommend Restoration 1 to anyone they were great!!! Linda
