I recently had a leak in my kitchen and was fortunate to have Daniel, Nahom, and Jaime provide the mitigation services. From start to finish, they were outstanding—professional, courteous, and highly efficient. They kept me informed with daily updates on the progress and even provided their personal contact numbers in case I had any questions or concerns, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the process. Manny and RJ came right out when we discovered a leak behind our kitchen sink that had damaged the cabinets drywall as flooring. They delivered a timely estimate and we proceeded with the mitigation project. Thomas and his crew brought out all the equipment, manpower, and expertise to quickly open up the areas affected, remove the damaged cabinets, flooring and drywall, erected dust curtains and containment, sprayed microbicide and monitored with the instrumentation the dehumidification and dry out process. Friendly. Professional. Set expectations and delivered. Projected honesty, reliability and empathy. Would highly recommend them. We chose Restoration One upon recommendation from another family member that had called on them for water remediation in the past. They brought the right electrical and plumbing skills to safely conduct the tearout.

Never knew having a leak in the house would be so stress-free! Jared played a vital role in working with my insurance. Nahom, Daniel, Will, & Marcus kept me well-informed during the whole process and worked quickly and quietly (as I do work remote). Nahom particularly was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were also great about providing advance notice everyday they came over.

Nahom and Carlos came out right away in the middle of the night Friday last week and did amazing work! Even though I told Jared the sales rep that the floor could wait to be pulled up he insisted that Nahom and his crew would pull it that same night! They worked well past midnight to make sure my house was dry and safe for me and my family! Would recommend to anyone!
