I was out of county and had a water leak in the attic of my townhouse. Restoration 1 of North Ft. Worth was responsive and did a fantastic job of mitigating the water damage. Chad was responsive, communicative and thorough in completing the job. Top notch. I have no reservations recommending Restoration 1 of North Ft. Worth and Chad for similar situations.

We recently had the occasion to use the services of Restoration 1 and would highly Recommend them. Isaiah was first on the seen for the water mitigation, very professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job of taking care of business, walking us through the process and putting our minds at ease. Jonathan was with us throughout the process from mitigation to rebuild, pack in and out, always with a smile on his face and a positive outlook, very knowledgable about many aspects from plumbing to paint. Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure even the smallest details were covered. Overall Luke and his whole crew made this a much better experience than we had even hoped for. We can’t thank them enough for their attention to detail and patience throughout. Would definitely be the first ones we would call in the future.

Benjamin Perkinson came to our house the day after the tornado and repaired the 9 holes in our roof. There water in our home, and they restored it all. It was so hot and they just stayed on the roof working. Thankful Restoration 1 came and packed things up and helped with repairs for our house.
