Restoration One did a great job helping me through a terrible situation. I am an out of state landlord and worked with Jake who was incredibly communicative and patient in helping me understand what was going on at my property, how to best treat the situation appropriately, and even took the time to speak to my tenants when given permission to mediate the situation. I am incredibly appreciative for his and the service provided. I had a great experience also working with their office manager when it came to coordination and every tech I spoke with was very helpful. Thanks Restoration One!

Voluntarily turned down work. Trust them completely. We brought Jake and Cory out to assess water damage from a leak at our home in Bee Cave. They were communicative, thorough and professional. Ultimately, THEY suggested that their services would not be required given the state of the property. Proactively refunded our deposit and communicated marvelously throughout the entire process. Very impressed that they would put our interests first over their own where they could have pushed for costly exploration. Would absolutely turn to these guys again in the future!

Restoration One did a 100% wonderful job helping sort dry out and repair our home perfectly after 2 second floor floods! Everyone was courteous, thorough, knowledgable and pro! A special shout out to Christian who guided us through the repairs process and was always there to make sure the process went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Alfonso from Restoration 1 of Austin did a thorough inspection for excess moisture following a water heater leak in our attic. He arrived right at the scheduled time, was prepared with the inspection tools and sensors, explained the process and findings. He took his time to check all the possible spaces where water may have traveled down the walls in adjoining rooms, checking from the ceiling, down the wall, at the baseboards, and floors, as well as in the attic. He then provided options to address what turned out to be a very minimal moisture in one spot. As advertised, there was no charge for the visit and inspection. I hope not to have another leak situation, but if I do I’m definitely calling Restoration 1 for sure.

Like so many others, we found Restoration-1 through a recommendation from a plumber to remediate damage resulting from a leaking upstairs toilet. As our situation was not covered by insurance, we were concerned about potential high cost and delays. We needn't have worried. The entire process worked as laid out, from mitigation with Cody (and team I believe was headed by Sam), through reconstruction with Taylor and team headed by Christian. The work was professionally done, timely, and on budget. In fact, reconstruction cost was significantly less than the other bid we received. Restoration-1 fixed our water-damaged bathroom and kitchen ceiling and made an unpleasant situation much more bearable.
