A very professional company to deal with. David Staffini (GM) was involved from the start and stayed involved. They were on time, budget and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Joe the field technician was amazing, knowledgeable and did an excellent job with the cleanup. Everything was covered and a zipper wall was installed. He went above and beyond my expectations as this is not easy work. I have no problem in recommending this company for any and all restoration work.

David and his team came in and quickly assessed and resolved our water damage from the leak in the roof in Dunedin Florida. As sad as we were watching our floors get torn out and the dry wall removed, the fans quickly dried out the water and the mold was remediated. They recommended a floor installer (G & R Floor Installation) who we are very pleased with as well. Highly recommend the team!

After our home was flooded by Ian, we were very fortunate to have found Restoration 1. Many of our neighbors also ended up using them. Everybody was pleased with the timeliness and quality of their work. David, Kevin and all were straight shooters and very professional.
