We had an outstanding experience with Idan and his team to deal with a toilet leak into the floor. Idan tested the moisture levels in the floor and walls and found we needed to pull up and replace the entire floor and part of the walls. He connected us with an asbestos abatement team who tested for asbestos and then removed it efficiently. Once that was completed, Idan’s team identified that the remaining subfloor was not affected and placed large drying machines to dry any remaining moisture in the room. Because we had to remove most of the bathroom (vanity, toilet) for the floor treatment, we decided to simply redo the 60 year old bathroom completely. Idan handed us off to Sharon and her contractor Jose and they did an amazing job rebuilding the bathroom to look like a House Beautiful room for less then we had been quoted by other contractors. The communication was excellent and Jose and his team were diligent and exacting in their work.

Reactic San Jose helped us after a dishwasher overflow ruined part of our kitchen. The team was quick, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They showed up on time every day and checked moisture levels until everything was completely dry. They even helped us coordinate with our insurance adjuster. Idan and his crew were very responsive and efficient in the mitigation and assessment processes with the water flooding damages at my house. Damaged flooring were taken out, neatly bundled to be carried away, everything was carefully bagged and covered. Fans and dehumidifiers were placed and moved constantly to ensure the drying out of the house. I really appreciate Idan and his team to quickly stop the damage and clean up so I can move forward with the house restoration. I highly recommend this company. Thank you team!

My dishwasher feil and start leaking all throughout the kitchen and living room area, i called a friend and got a referral for Reactic Restoration they were able to show up on site within an hour. Idan the project manager explained me all about the process as far as how many days and what I need to take into consideration when dealing with water damage he was very informative and accurate on times.
