Love working with Rapid Restoration! They are very knowledgeable and customer service is one of a kind ! They know how to take a very stressful situation and make it not so stressful ! They worked with the insurance , cleaned everything up and put it all back together ! I’m so so pleased with everyone on their team and will recommend them to everyone I know !

My experience with Rapid Restoration started well. They appeared knowledgeable and compassionate, but that was as good as it got. Over the course of a year in the claims process I found them to be unreliable, slow to respond, neglectful and wasteful. They broke my kitchen countertops but didn't disclose it until I asked about them during the remodel, they unnecessarily ran up water remediation/demo/pack out bill, which put me at risk for covering my own costs for the actual remodel (know your insurance claim limits), and they took no accountability for personal property that was damaged when they put my items into storage (don't trust them to move fragile appliances). I typically don't do justice by writing reviews, but Patrick often touted their five-star rating and I wanted to make sure the next person has a reference point so as not to be swayed by his perception of high quality and reliable service. If your reading this I feel for you because its a lonely feeling on the other side of an insurance claim where everyone wants to make or save a buck at your expense.

These are awesome guys! They are very detail oriented and go over and above to make thier customers happy! Patrick is awesome, Chason is amazing, but Jace is phenomenal!
