Kenny Tucker from RRT was excellent from start to finish. My daughter had leaking pipes in her shower and her entire shower had to be demolished. Kenny came in an thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. He brought in his team whom by the way we're excellent workers. They cleaned behind themselves everyday even getting down on their hands and knees making sure the hardwood floors were clean. Communication between Kenny, his team and myself was spot on. They were always prompt and professional. My experience with Kenny was exceptional.

We had a pipe burst in our house and through our insurance got matched with Kenny Tucker from Rapid Response team, due to not making the cabinets anymore we had to get all new cabinets and Kenny was there every step of the way! He was fantastic ! The kitchen looks great
