Our experience with Katie and her team was top notch. Dealing with mold/water damage remediation is a stressful situation, and Katie understands this - she went out of her way to answer any and all questions (and I had many!) and explain her process clearly. She also worked seamlessly with the other professional who was addressing our HVAC system. Raining Kate's did a thorough and efficient job getting our home back in shape, and I'd be confident referring her to anyone!

Kate was great. We had mold issues. She gave lots of time and attention to my wife who lead this project for us. She was kind, attentive and very present. Some companies just send people and you don’t know if they’re good or not. She’s was on the job most days, if not every day, and had some family as employees as well. She was here so much it’s like she became part of our family. We were never worried with her in our house. We had a tough and strict mold tester, which is what you want, so the project went longer but Kate was great about it and just kept pressing forward. If you want someone who cares about her business and her work, then at least interview Kate, and consider hiring her and her business. She was great.

Our house had a pretty severe mold contamination, including black mold, and we hired Raining Kate’s to remediate it. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. The owner, Katie, and her crew were fantastic—not only did they handle the remediation thoroughly and professionally, but they also went above and beyond by connecting us with contractors for related work like plumbing and build-back. Katie was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. My wife and I moved across the country shortly before the remediation began, and looking back, there’s no way we could have managed this without Katie’s support. We were dealing with serious health issues from the mold, and her communication, emotional support, and transparency were truly a lifeline. She even offered helpful advice when we discovered some mold in a window at our new home. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and compassionate. This experience would have been more upsetting, expensive, and lengthy if we had gone with one of the other companies we initially considered. We feel lucky that we went with Raining Kate’s.

Working with Raining Kate's was such a great experience. We needed Mold Remediation work done in our laundry room, master bathroom, and small particle cleaning throughout our home once everything was cleared and built back. Katie and Sid were excellent to work with..Katie helped us figure out the best order for remediation work, she helped recommend fantastic contractors for Clearance Testing and Build-Back, and she checked in with us/was on-site constantly. Also, I feel like they are top notch for containing the affected areas..they put up a zipper door, blocked off the areas under remediation, and ran air scrubbers constantly. Raining Kate's generally cares about what you are going through, they have excellent communication (And even coordinate with any other contractors to make sure everyone is on the same page), and they were overall wonderful to work with. I hope you never have to deal with mold in your home, but in the event that you do..Raining Kate's is the best..hands down.
