OMG, I just had to write a huge shoutout to Rainbow Restoration and Rick! We had a burst pipe in one of the rentals and it was a total disaster 😐. His team showed up ASAP and worked tirelessly to get our place back to normal. The team was super professional, friendly, and explained everything every step of the way 🤝. I highly recommend Rick and his team at Rainbow Restoration. I’ve come to know them as trustworthy, dependable, and committed to excellence. Their reputation for integrity and professionalism stands out, and I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone in need of restoration services.

Phenomenal service. The only restoration company you can trust to not use pressure and fear to fork over ungodly sums for water damage. I called Rick about water damage I discovered from a hose bib leaking into my wall. It was likely leaking for several weeks based on the amount of insulation and wall that was wet. This was about a day before I was scheduled to leave the country. He came out to assess the damage, assured me it wasn’t the end of the world, and worked me into his schedule at 7:00am the next day to do the demo, spray anti-mold stuff, and get me set up with a professional grade dehumidifier before we left for the airport at 9:00am. The machine ran while we were on vacation so everything was dry when I came home. A stressful situation that a lesser restoration company would have used to charge me thousands was solved for hundreds thanks to Rick. I can’t recommend him enough. He saved my vacation. If you’re looking for a calming and reassuring presence in the face of life’s most stressful situations, give him a call.

I have a guest bathroom on the second floor. The sewage pipes got backed up and waste spilled into the crawlspace and down into the garage below. After contacting my insurance company, I evaluated a few companies to assess the damage and provide quotes. I chose Rainbow International of Deerwood because Rick clearly communicated a practical and affordable plan that would safely repair the "brown water" damage which was potentially dangerous for my family. I was thoroughly impressed with the results. The mess in the bathroom was cleaned, the garage looked better than it did prior to the incident and there was no odor or evidence that anything had happened. I would definitely use Rick and his team in the future for this and other services.

We called Rainbow on a Saturday afternoon to get an estimate for ceiling damage and repair, aware of the high potential for mold. The owner came out to our home for a free estimate the same afternoon, didn't rush checking out our specific situation, nor explaining it to us in a way that made sense. I would highly recommend Rainbow for their professionalism, expertise, quick response, and attention to detail.
