Outstanding job by Augustine and Sami. I called Augustine on a thursday morning and he came out to my house that afternoon, to evaluate the damage. He got in touch with our inspector and in less than 24 hrs. I had a proposal. Sami and his crew came out to the house on Saturday and worked until late to ensure the job was done properly. Finally they came a couple of days later to ensure the remediation job was complete, they took their final readings and they installed a new vanity in my bathroom. They were always on time, they were always very professional. I would highly recommend them. Great job guys! thank you

Broken water heater flooded my 2,700 sq ft home. Augustine talks a good game none of it is true. They worked one day a week for 2 1/2 months and demo is still unfinished. At the onset “demo will take 11 days” and that’s true but they only work one day a week and in the meantime leave you hanging to pursue other jobs! Myriad excuses but the most used is “takes a week to get a new dumpster”. There were times one man worked alone. Augustine flat outlied to the insurance company and my public adjuster saying demo was complete three weeks ago. Finally had to fire him Friday and hire someone to finish the mess he left. Wet insulation still in place, furniture still in the house, 3 disconnected toilets still there and nails all over the floor. Stairs that sustained the greatest water damage are still not removed over 2 months later. There is Sheetrock in my garden beds and all over the lawn. Zero supervision and pays the actual workers (who are very nice) a pittance and keeps them hopping from new job yo new job never finishing. I could go on and on. My neighbors were furious when full dumpsters spent week after week in the driveway. I had several warnings from HOA regarding abandoned dumpsters and Sheetrock everywhere. If you want a smooth talker who will leave you in the lurch while promising the moon, Augustine is your guy. They start out great for the first few days so you are fooled. Then because he’s so nice you believe the excuses. People please, please heed my advise and go elsewhere and I mean ANYWHERE besides Puroclean of West Houston.Feel free to message me for photos of 64 days of demolition. These were taken yesterday, 3 weeks after he asked the insurance company for payment for a completed demolition. And by the way, after I gave him three days to finish before I hired someone else. This was his best result apparently.

Izzy and Augustine were awesome from the time I contacted this company till now during the remodeling of my guest room. I went through other companies but none compare to PuroClean. They were able to accommodate with my tight work schedule and cleaned up the water damage I got in my home from a pipe bursting. My guest room is still currently under construction, but so far I'm loving the results! I would definitely recommend PuroClean if you're searching in the area!
