Our house was flooded back in December. It flooded the whole first floor and during that time we were not at home. We called the insurance to report the flooding incident and within 2 hours, the pure clean team responded and reached out to us. The pure clean team led by Shawn and Sam came over to our house to assess the damage. From there the pure clean team made a plan to help restore and rebuild the first floor of our home. We chose the pure clean team to rebuild our first floor and our experience with them was the utmost best. From the team that helped managed the project, to the each of the individual members who played a role in rebuild the first floor were amazing. Sean’s team, to name a few, like Felipe and Eduardo, were very efficient and helpful in providing us their recommendation with their knowledge. Everything was not stressful while working with them and the house after the restoration and rebuild has surpassed our expectations. Our house is gorgeous after the flooding with their work. I can't say enough of my experience with my home and Sam Castro of PuroClean. I was really stressed with my dehumidifier and the challenges it brought on. Sam was able to come in an access the problem on the same day of my call. Found that my ducts needed cleaning and get this, he recommended me a company that gave me the same experience I JUST RECEIVED FROM HIM. What a blessing.
