What a great company! Being in the construction field, I know that a lot of restoration companies want to run up an insurance claim as high as possible. The under promised and over delivered. The final invoice ending up being have the price of the original estimate. I’ve know the owner, Chris, for almost 10 years. You won’t find a guy with more integrity. PuroClean and Chris Tucker are truly my hero’s! Our family home, that my uncle now owns, designed and built by my grandparents in 1963 burned and is a total loss the day after Christmas due to a negligent plumber. Waking up Tuesday morning, I had no idea what to do next or how to help the family through this difficult and traumatic time. I called Chris and immediately took a deep breathe. He spent thirty minutes plus on the phone and then met us at the house and took at least three hours to throughly explain everything to us. He never hesitated with his answers and made us feel like the most important people in the world for the time he was with us. Although nothing has actually been packed out of the house yet, he’s been by three times and never hesitates to answer the phone. Emergency flooding can be a daunting experience but PuroClean made it much easier to cope. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I worked with Seth more than the others and he was an absolute jewel, taking the time to answer all of my questions and to explain things in detail for any layperson to understand.
