Juan Esparza and his team did an excellent job with the mitigation at my husband’s property. They were attentive, respectful, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Juan even took the time to explain the reconstruction process after mitigation, which made us feel comfortable and well-informed.

The lady did an amazing job cleaning she was moving quickly in a timely fashion next thing I know she had a supervisor come into my home to watch over her NOW she was doing great at 1st but when he came she started moving slowly, slowing down….excuse me I understand it’s by the hr but this job should of been finished within 2 hours of the time she started working on her 3rd hr my problem was the (FRIDGE ONLY) and don’t get me wrong she was doing great at 1st I give her that until her supervisor came. I believe this company tries to get as much as money out of you as possible I had to stop them because they were cleaning mess while creating another mess they used my tub to wash and left it disgusting I will never go through them again for the money I spent I could of got better service else where!

I had the dishwasher backed up and flooded my floor. All State recommended ProClean. Michael was great! He made it as easy and stress free as possible for me. I have recommended him to my sister, for a job at her house. I truly hope the reconstruction side of the company is as competent as Michael and his crew, and to be able to get my kitchen back and working 100 %.

Please Beware don't hire this company for nothing! Do not trust this company/ team with fire restoration or anything. Dealing with a house fire is stressful enough, but PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston by way of Puroclean of pasadena Ca. made it worse. I don’t understand why Puroclean of pasadena Ca. would hand me over to Puroclean of Southwest Houston. Puroclean of pasadena Ca. is the one that came to my house for me to sign the contract. Now Puroclean of pasadena is blaming everything on Puroclean of Southwest Houston. I have to get more clarification from CLSB, because this shouldn’t be allowed to happen. That’s a major red flag. The crew was incredibly careless with our belongings/ dwellings - they broke TVs and didn't even mention it to us, destroyed my electrical outlets in my kitchen, now no power is coming from the outlets so I have to hire an electrician to fix, stole items out of my house, it’s petty stuff at that, paper towels and contractor trash bags, but I don't care the fact that you can steal from someone who trusts you is low, I mean what kind of people are you to do this to an elderly woman, it shouldn’t be done to anyone… the workers are very very sneaky. They broke my heating and ac and never told us, we happened to turn the air on one day and it was blowing hot air. We told them the guy they had up in the attic was messing around with something and broke the heating and ac somehow and lied to my mom in her face. We complained and they had him come back to fix what he broke, after 2 days of trying he couldn’t fix it, so they had to hire an actual heating and ac HVAC company to fix it. I can go on and on about this horrible company and the people that run it. They will say they did the work and submit it to your insurance company but actually they didn't do the work. We had to hire another restoration company to come in and complete the job. I wouldn't recommend using 2 restoration companies but we had no choice. Puroclean lied to my elderly mother to get the job. My mom really trusted them. They said they could restore all 3 of her properties but in actuality they couldn't they just saw dollar signs. If you let them in your home keep a close eye on all 100 of their workers. This company is dishonest so be careful. I don't even think they cleaned the houses thoroughly, they just tell a software that's connected to your insurance company system they did and then your insurance company pays them. Insurance companies need to come behind these wicked companies like Puroclean and make sure they are really doing the work.. Their communication with me and my mom was terrible… it’s like you’re dealing with children. All they do is harass us for money.. For one of the properties they are harassing my elderly mother for $321, yes $321, which she already paid, it was included in the $99K payment that her insurance company has already paid this horrible company. I had to go back in my documents and send an email to Jacob Darden and John Villon showing them that it’s paid in full.. For another one of the houses, their workers destroyed the attic entrance and tried to fix it and never told me. I just happen to see it and have been complaining ever since. You think Jacob or John resolved this matter NOPE all I get is emails every now and then demanding money. So now I need for them to provide me with proof that the attic was cleaned of ash, smoke and soot and I need my entrance way fixed professionally. The insurance company / adjuster did say if I’m not happy with the work from the company I hired, don't pay the company until they complete the job to your satisfaction because I have the money. Last but not least my other house has a balance I told Jacob the adjuster still needs documents from them he tells me something different after accusing me of keeping the money lol, how can I keep money I never received. CSLB will definitely hear from me, because the People of Altadena need to be protected from this company.. Don’t end up like me with high blood pressure and anxiety from dealing with this company..

We had the most seamless experience working with Puroclean team from the very first phone call. They were incredibly responsive and caring and professional. The workmen that showed up to do the work did an excellent job and were incredibly kind and efficient. No one ever wants to have a major problem with their house there but the quick response and impeccable work has made it, as good as an experience like this can get, I would definitely use them anytime. I NEVER have problems contacting them or getting them to contact me. They are super responsive. Our coordinator Mariano made this job an incredibly successful one.
