Called them out to try to find why the outside brick was wet in one area. It’s dry now since I had the AC line cleaned out.They used their equipment and didn’t see any water. Luis was great. Very polite! They didn’t charge me for the service call. Definitely recommend!

Puroclean is amazing! We had been traveling, and upon returning home, we discovered a leak that had flooded most of our first floor. It was horrible! We immediately called PuroClean Restoration Specialists in Frisco. A real person answered on the first ring, took our information, and kindly transferred us to PuroClean’s owner, Jim. Jim's a great guy! In less than an hour, one of Jim’s team leaders, Nick, arrived at our home. Using moisture detection equipment, Nick discovered that the damage was worse than we had initially thought. Nick was fantastic—he’s been working with Jim for nine years, and it shows. Nick reviewed the service recommendations and proposal with us, then immediately started extracting water on the spot. He called in another crew for assistance, and they worked late into the evening. It took four days for the dehumidifiers and fans to completely dry out our home. Nick also met with our insurance adjuster, who was very impressed with the quality of the work performed. In addition, they referred us to a plumber who replaced our toilet supply line. (Be sure to take photos and keep the part or pipe that leaked for insurance purposes.) All in all, this was an outstanding service experience that far exceeded our expectations. Jim and his team are all local professionals. While their office is based in Frisco, they service the entire DFW area. On my very first phone call with Jim, he said, “Experience matters.” Now we completely understand what he meant. I just want to thank Jim, the owner for his advice and instructions on what to do after an emergency water accident. He gave me clear cut instructions and I appreciate him taking the time to talk to me in the middle of a confusing situation. This franchise is the best in the business! They handle each property as if it were their own. The staff is very well trained and knows how to handle all types of losses.
