This is quite possibly the worst business I have every seen. The owner CLEARLY does not have a background in any construction trade. Here are a few examples: 1. A restoration of a 2 bedroom 1 bath house took 14 months!!! A custom built 3500 sqft home takes on average 6-9 months. This home is 920sqft. 2. Did not measure the cabinets versus the appliances result the dish washer does not open because it is blocked buy the cabinet. Ergo, you have to open up a drawer to open the dish washer. Also, the cabinets are below the standard height of 36" plus .8" to 1.2" for counter tops these are 33.5". Even for a short person that is too low. Lastly, the cabinets are not even plumb or square!! 3. During the demo phase his subcontractors removed the bricks from the fire place (was not damaged in the fire). The pic shows how it was replaced you tell me if you would accept that. 4. Being that the owner seems to have no knowledge of any construction trades he cannot manage any sub contractors to a standard because he does not know. If he does he does not care about the home owner. 5. Items taken from the house that were NOT damaged in the fire still have not been returned. His response, "I will see about that". still no items. 6. The electrical wiring is not logical or reasonable. For example, where the should be 2 / 3 way switches it is only a single pole switch. Therefore, you have to go across the room to turn on a light that you are right next and next to a 2 gang plate, but those switches turn on fixtures on the other side of the room. 7. Bathroom medicine cabinet was not sunk into wall it was just nailed to the wall therefore it sticks out 3 inches from the wall and looks like a kid from 9th grade shop class did the job. I will say that the owner is a nice guy, very polite and friendly, but business is business If you are seeking a quality professional job I would look elsewhere. This business did just plain miserable, low quality substandard work. The management of the sub contractors and work was not evident. Furthermore this was allowed to happen because he has no idea what he is doing in the construction trades. **** Edit**** I am editing my review to two stars because the owner read this review and called cussing and shouting that he needed 5 stars. He was seemingly a nice polite man. However, that does not seem so now. ***Second Edit*** The company that hired Perilous Times called to check on how the job went. All information was given to them and they were very unhappy about the poor work done by this company. The project management was severely lacking. They are sending out a NEW company to redo all the work that was done incorrectly/ not completed by Heath and his contractors. If you are thinking about getting restoration done by Perilous Times, get a second opinion

I had a pretty bad flood in my home and this company was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment they arrived, they showed great professionalism and expertise. They worked tirelessly to do needed demo and set up drying equipment to prevent things from getting worse. Raymond and Jocelyn were not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and considerate. They took the time to explain the process to me and answered all my questions. I felt confident and reassured throughout the entire restoration process. Thanks to Prime Time Restoration and their outstanding team, my home is back to its pre-flood condition. I highly recommend their services!
