Miguel and Israel handled the mold remediation and demolition, and they were hard-working, timely, polite, and highly professional throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, offered solid advice, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. After a pipe burst at home, called multiple water restoration companies for quotes on how to manage this situation. From my conversation with Soray to book an appointment to the arrival of Miguel for a quote the experience was great, there was no push for me to sign up immediately, Miguel showed great professionalism in his assessment of problem. After a few quotes I opted to sign up with Premium water restoration. They showed up at the agreed upon time, they came in did the job and were very clean about their work. We had an awesome experience with Premium Water Restoration! Hurricane Milton caused water damage in walls and under flooring in our room and bathroom. Miguel came out right away to inspect and give a quote. He came the very next day to remove the flooring, drywall, and treat the area.
