At best, this company is unprofessional. At worst, they are scammers. My tenant complained that there was dirt around the heating and a/c vents and inside the closet that housed the unit. I called Premier Water Restoration and asked them to go out and take a look. They told my tenant that there was obviously mold and a full remediation would be needed. Then they sent me a quote for $1650. Okay…why did they tell my tenant ANYTHING? I’m the client, not her! And how did they know it actually WAS mold, and what kind, and how bad the air quality was in the house, when all they did was LOOK at it? My husband and I own a residential real estate appraisal company, and we deal with suspected mold issues frequently. We never even say the word “mold” but instead recommend testing to determine if anything is, in fact, mold, and what kind, and to what degree it is present. NOBODY CAN DO THAT UNLESS TESTING IS DONE. AND NOBODY SHOULD BE TOLD ANYTHING EXCEPT THE ACTUAL CLIENT - NOT A TENANT, NOT A PROSPECTIVE BUYER, ONLY THE PERSON WHO IS PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. I ended up having another company go out and test. The testing revealed that the substance around the vents was cladisporium, a common mold which is only dangerous at very high levels. The air quality tested as “excellent,” so they told me a full mold remediation wasn’t needed. They instead recommended cleaning the air ducts, vents, and closet for $750. IMO, Premier Water Restoration tells tenants (and everyone) that mold is present so they’ll be scared into thinking an expensive remediation needs to be done when in, fact, Premier doesn’t even know, since they don’t test. They can call themselves experts all they want. But in my case, at least, they sure weren’t - as the actual test revealed that their recommendation for a full mold remediation was completely unwarranted. I’d stay away from these guys. I feel that the second company I called, Mold Remediation and Testing Experts, was much more honest and reliable.

I was very happy with the quality of the work done and my interactions with Steve, our project manager kris and all of the contractors. They went out of their way working with me to get the damage from my 2nd story hot water heater break repaired. Have already shared with others that they are the company to call!!

Our plumber recommended we call Premier Restoration as we had a major leak. The walls were dripping and floors and cabinets wet. It was Friday noon and Steven came over to see what was going on (summer time and Fridays are usually busy, yet he made sure not to delay). Thankfully he acted quickly. By doing so he prevented so much damage from happening (like redoing walls and ceiling and the worst (not that the others are that great..) - mold - which we managed to avoid thanks to his quick response. Steven is such a professional, as well as kind, accommodating, easy to work and communicate with. He explained everything thoroughly! Dried the walls as long as was needed to make sure all wetness is gone. He was available to communicate as much as we needed. We can't thank him enough. Steven was also very flexible with his schedule, to come over and check that everything was working well and drying up as expected. Last, but not least, the price was extremely fair (he did not charge more even though we needed all the equipment for extra 2 days). I appreciate his honesty and being very upfront about everything we were expecting to go through, procedure and payment wise.

This company is amazing in their willingness to go above and beyond for their clients. We had a small flooding in our house and were very stressed out and Steven offered to come out on a weekend, well after business hours, to take a look at our situation because he could tell we were very worried. He quickly concluded that it would be a job for a plumber and insurance to deal with, rather than for Premier Water Restoration, but he still stayed and gave us very good and honest advice. We would recommend Premier Water Restoration to anyone based on Stevens kindness and honesty alone. Good people are hard to find nowadays, but Steven is one of them.

I contracted with Premier Restoration to help remediate my parents' home in Houston after Hurricane Harvey filled it with 51" of water. Steven and his team were professional, thorough, kind, sensitive to our situation, and solution-oriented. Their equipment was top of the line. They weren't satisfied until they were sure the job was done right -- and if you ever find yourself in this situation, that is EXACTLY what you need. Steven was a real knight in shining armor for our hurricane recovery and my family was incredibly thankful to have someone so knowledgeable around. Hopefully you never need their services, but if you do, Premier Restoration is the way to go.
