I cannot say thank you enough to Ken and his incredible team at Predator Restoration. The crew was here in an hour from when I called. The office manager, Erika, fought back and forth with my adjuster to get the claim fully covered. My dad unfortunately passed in the middle of this at my house and every single person ensured we were taken care of and were accommodating to my sporadic availability while making arrangements. I’ll never forget their kindness. Ken sent flowers and his wife brought the whole family Olive Garden that night. They did such a great job and were great at communicating so we always knew what to expect and there was no surprise pricing. I will use them again and I refer them to anyone I get the chance. Thank you Kenny for taking such good care of us.

We can’t say enough about the Predator team. From Jason in demo, to Juan and his team in rebuild, to Erika and to Ken (the owner) who walked us through the whole process, including dealing with the insurance company, we are soooooo impressed. They fixed a previously botched job on our shower renovation that ended up being a nightmare. Predator Restoration did it ALL right. The teams were on time, communicative and responsive. They even finished everything on Christmas Eve so we could have a little Christmas miracle. Thank you so so much for everything. We will use them in the future.

Fast response and very helpful. We had a bathroom leak and they did water restoration and remodeled the bathroom for us to make it safer for us to use. Great experience and will use them in the future for all our restoration and remodel projects.
