Harry from Paul Davis was an absolute bright spot during a really difficult time after the Palisades Fires. From the moment we met, he was personable, straightforward, and clearly all about making sure his clients feel heard and taken care of. He actually took the time to listen to me, not just nod and move on, but really listen, which meant the world during such a stressful time. What really stood out was his total commitment to customer satisfaction, and I mean that literally. I asked him to power wash the outside of our place one more time, just for peace of mind, and without hesitation, he smiled and kept repeating (in the most good-natured, funny way), “Customer satisfaction” like it was his personal motto. He is the kind of person you feel instantly comfortable around, dependable, trustworthy, and honestly, someone I'd love to have over for dinner. Paul Davis of West LA has been a life saver. While we were one of the "lucky one" whose home survived the Palisades fire, there was smoke, soot and ash. The home and contents required a complete cleaning and remediation. Yana and Harry made the process as painless as possible, working thoroughly, efficiently and competently. Yana also has been a tremendous help in communicating with insurance. Initially, our insurer pushed for us to use their “Preferred” Service Provider, who came out to do the initial damage inspection. When it was time to do the remediation I had already received a detailed bid from Paul Davis. I tried to check back with the other service provider for comparison. After 3 attempts and unreturned calls it was abundantly clear - Paul Davis really cared about me and my home and the other service provider did not. There is no doubt that working with the other service provider would have been filled with hassles and would have provided an unsatisfactory result. Going with Paul Davis was the best decision I could have made. Now the house is clean freshly painted and ready to move back in. If you're reading this I hope you're not in a situation where you need remediation. If you do, call Yana and Harry for the job. Make your life easier under a time of stress. Harry, Francisco and team expertly helped remodel our bathroom in a timely manner. Great job and they didn’t try to gouge me like the other contractors. It’s a cut throat business but Harry and Paul Davis seem to be honest, straight shooters. Will be working with them on a few other projects.
