Paul Davis Restoration of Tampa

We could not be more happy and thankful with how the team, led by Gerald, Jason, Betsy, John, Angie, Walton and the absolute superstar, Amel, got us back into our fire devastated home for the holidays. From start to finish they treated our family with professionalism and respect. Nothing was a problem, it probably was, but they sure didn’t put it onto us. Milton’s 1-in-1000 year rain event inundated our Tampa home, 12 inches at the deepest point. We initially hired the remediation company responding to our next door neighbor and they removed most of the floor, lower halves of all drywall, baseboards, and all lower cabinets. They were fine for the emergency remediation, but for the restoration we researched options and ultimately hired Paul Davis. We really couldn’t be happier with the finished product which is basically a new house on the inside. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent, and it has made our home more beautiful than it’s ever been. But more than that, all along the way (the bulk of the work was completed over a 60 day period) Paul Davis treated us like trusted friends we could count on to help us get through this difficult time in our lives. Lucas worked with us on options and pricing to help us get the most for our dollars. Jason brought his broad expertise to bear on technical challenges. And Walton oversaw the day-to-day progress of the project, updating us every couple of days. He was super responsive to texts and phone calls. I met up with him on site multiple times during the process. He was tenacious in staying on top of the task and ensuring that I was happy with the progress every step of the way. Walton was super conscientious and also super caring. It was really important to him that “the wife” was happy with the progress too! And she was! Walton was a pleasure to work with. Additionally, when I had occasion to interact directly with the individual crew members they were super friendly, helpful, and professional. I wish I had all their names so I could give them individual shoutouts too. At the end of the project, even after we had paid in full, there were a few odds and ends that needed wrapping up and PD was just as conscientious and responsive even after everything was technically “done” and paid for. This is not a fly-by-night operation, and they take their reputation seriously. The whole project really makes me feel like we’ve established a relationship with this company. We love these guys. When we do home projects in the future PD will definitely be the first people we call. And if any of our friends need restoration/renovation work I will definitely be telling them to hire Paul Davis of Tampa. I would also add that if my review seems similar to the others you see here it’s because it’s just true. Nobody is paying me or twisting my arm to give this review. I want to give it because I know having good companies with good people who do good work makes the world a better place and I want to promote that. Thanks, guys!

Brandon Gutierrez and his team did an amazing job! Our house is finally restored after hurricane Milton and we couldn't be happier with the work they put in. The insulation, ceilings, walls and final paint is perfect! Thank you!

After a leak from a faulty part on our AC, while out of town, we had a significant amount of damage in our home with mold. We hired Paul Davis to remedy the issue. Jose and his team (Reno, Yasmony, Emmanuel, Geno and Victor) did a great job setting up the containment walls, quickly setting up equipment to extract the moisture and went to great lengths to protect our floors and furniture - which was so appreciated !

Want to share that the team from Paul Davis was great and completed everything as scheduled and the crews were professional and did a great Job. Mark was great with the proposal and the admin. Andres managed the project as delivered as promised. Brandon did a great job as Site Supervisor. Communications between all parties was great. I would recommend and they will be top of the list for future projects.
