Paul Davis Restoration of Pasadena was central to our family being able to safely return to our Altadena home following the Eaton fire. Our garage and the houses to the left and right all burned leaving only our house standing. While our home was intact, testing showed elevated levels of lead and other heavy metals. Our contractors and other trusted contacts recommended we consult Paul Davis and we are glad they did. A crew of Six worked on our home for an entire day cleaning every surface including walls, ceilings and floors. Armando, the crew leader was very communicative explaining in detail every aspect of how they would ensure the home would be safe once they were finished. Wanted us to sign on the spot! Shortly after the Eaton fires Paul Davis came to our Pasadena home on January 12th to assess the smoke damage for remediation. The rep they sent from San Diego wanted me to sign something THAT DAY to get started. This is the exact thing I had been warned about. We did not choose to work with them and I feel it's important to share this experience as a word of caution about predatory companies during this time.
