Jessica taught a mental health CE course at Security First today. My background is in psychology and I really enjoyed the way she taught about the subject matter. She was able to be engaging, relatable and vulnerable. I loved the reminder of how to check in with yourself and considering another person's perspective of what 5hey qre going through. I would love to go another one of her classes in the future.
