Paul Davis restored our kitchen after the first contractor we hired fell short. In comparison, they are timely, incredibly professional, and very good at communicating with the customer. Paul Davis replaced our cabinets, countertops, and sinks. They finished the restoration with fresh paint and back splash. We highly recommend their work. It’s been a breath of new life for our home.

UPDATE!! Insurance claim? Do not hire Paul Davis if you plan to alter your home in any way!! Project managers have ZERO interest in doing any kind of leg work. Was like pulling teeth trying to get estimates for the upgrades ($30k+) we were going to pay them directly to do. 3 weeks never received an estimate or had PM onsite, just (ridiculous) numbers over the phone. They came to finally see the job the day before flooring removal & called us hours later (an hour after hotel check in) and said they would not be starting... clearly because they had no concept of the work ahead. Once it was uncovered they had no clue what they were doing, and had no intention of putting any effort into the change orders, our project was "not a good fit" and they pulled out. 12 weeks without use of our home, confined to the master bedroom and doing dishes in the bathroom sink, 32 nights (so far) in a hotel, multiple days off work to facilitate their schedule, and we are on day one all over again! The reason we gave 2 stars instead of 1... We are happy we chose to work with Paul Davis Restoration for our water damage and mold remediation!! Scott, Phil, Brian, Luis and Harrison did exactly what they set out to do, exactly when they said they would. Communication was clear, they answered every call/text/question we had in a timely manor. The workers and project managers were always clean, dressed nicely in company gear, and in PD vehicles.

They also gave me practical advice: since this was a rental and time was important—and because I was paying out of pocket—it could be more efficient to replace all the subflooring with new, dry materials rather than trying to salvage parts of the old one. Their transparency, expertise, and genuine customer service made a stressful situation much easier to handle. If you've never had a mandatory renovation due to a leaking or broken water supply line in a kitchen or bath.....well we did! I'll simply say that "Paul Davis Restoration" IS THE COMPANY you must call to care and repair your home! Their teams were amazing, courteous, respectful, AND GOT THE JOB DONE! Our insurance company provided us with several options, and we chose these folks, and so thankful that we did because of their initial and continued response time, their product quality, and many options.
