Completely Unacceptable – Dirty Results, No Accountability, and Lost Money I hired this company for a deep clean of my completely empty home of 10 years before putting it on the market. They required 40% of the payment upfront and promised the house would be immaculately cleaned—including floors, surfaces, inside appliances, and cabinets. What I got was a rushed, sloppy job that left the house worse than before. The floors were sticky, streaky, and covered in hair and dirt, with chunks of debris left behind. It honestly looked like they cleaned my unfinished basement first and then used the same dirty water throughout the rest of the house. Countertops were not fully wiped down, cabinets were left dusty inside, and none of the appliances were touched. I reached out afterward due to how poor the job was, but I’ve received no response and no refund of the 40% I paid upfront. They overpromised, underdelivered, and have taken no responsibility. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional cleaning company—especially to prepare a home for sale—avoid this one completely. You’ll waste time, money, and end up cleaning after them yourself. Steve and his crew are halfway through a major cleanout/up at our house. Jason, Nicky, Cliff, and Grace have been at our place and all are effective and efficient. They do work in a few hours that would take us a month. Well worth the price.

I am so impressed with Obanion Cleaning Service! I hired them to do a deep clean in my house. From my very first meeting with Steve Obanion, the owner, I knew the service would be top shelf. He is professional, punctual, and thorough. His response time was within a 24 hour turnaround every time I had a question. I am SO happy with my house! Literally every nook and cranny is sparkling clean --- from ceilings to floors, from back to front --- and everything smells so fresh. The list was extensive and there was so much to do. They completed everything in the time promised --- with absolute 5 star results! And the price is so reasonable! I will absolutely be hiring them again and recommending them to everyone I know. I just moved into a new house. Steven and Mike did a splendid job deep cleaning the carpets which were full of pet hair and dust. Also, the previous residents had used foam/rubber tape on the hardwood floors in one room, damaging the wood and leaving a ton of residue. Steven worked some kind of magic and left it like new. He was friendly, communicative, and prompt, and offered a great price. I'm delighted with the results and will hire Obanion Cleaning for any future cleaning needs.
