Everybody at NextGen Restoration has been absolutely amazing throughout one of the most difficult times in our homebuying lives. We recently had a line on the dishwasher blow and ruin our kitchen cabinets and wood floors. They were so quick to respond and so detailed with their investigations and drying procedures that I firmly believe even though it will cost a lot of money to the insurance company, they saved us TONS of money in further loss and potential mold issues. David Sweet with this company as well as Monique and everyone else I had contact with has been so amazingly friendly and helpful as well as calming in their explanation of what is going on and the status of things that I truly don't know where we would be without them. Thank you SO SO SO SO much to EVERY person with this company for making one of the worst situations imaginable, pretty easy to deal with!

They are doing a great job repairing my house. All the employees were very careful about our property and were available for all questions. They replyed to all phone calls and were their when they said they will be. All work was done as neatly as possible taking pictures and documents all damage for the insurance. Nothing was moved or removed until documented and the insurance adjuster was contacted. They were on site when the insurance adjuster came to the house so all his questions could be answered. I would recommend NextGen if you ever need their services.

Dewayne and his helpers did an outstanding job for us here in Kentucky. After our pipes burst they were here within a short time and set up their equipment. The restoration work was done with excellent quality and they went beyond what I thought was required.
