Very professional very good pricing very good work. They had to remediate the kitchen and managed to save the cabinet doors and hardware. AND they were able to save/ not break the granite counter tops despite having to remediate a lot under the cabinets.

We have a rental unit that has a hidden leak that caused serious mold problem. Unfortunately it leaked into a front closet that seldom access by anyone. Once we opened up the ceiling and walls we realized it was very serious. I found 3 companies online. All have great reviews. One company was late to give me a quote, the other company just send an inspector but asked me to deal with the office directly. Then, I met Mario from Mundae, he answered all my questions, told me how the insurance claim process works and he will be my direct contact. The remediation started as scheduled. Luis was the crews' head. He was really nice and kept their voice down as I have informed them the tenants work night shift. Mold report came back all cleared. Initially Mario told me they don't do rebuild but later agreed to do that. I guess they hire other contractor to do that part. As for this rebuild contractor, He is nice but I am skeptical about his crews' workmanship. Mario told me his company will be behind this which put my mind at ease. He even helped steam cleaned the carpet. Overall, I strongly recommend Mundae to anyone.

I had a very good experience with Mariano and his team in a minor mold remediation work last summer. Everyone was very professional, from the person who answers the phone to the guys who do the work.
