This is a newer company in the field of water damage restoration. I called them to be able to apply their services to one of my units having some major plumbing issues that started to create mold around the unit. Mold is nasty; it leaves sometimes a pugnant odor, which deters prospective tenants away. After calling a few companies, this the only that actually called me back. We set up an appointment to have their employees to come over and assess the water damage from the pipes leaking. Within 4 hrs they were here and got to evaluating. Boy were they thorough, they say the issue and we set a further date for them to clear it up. So they came the following day and I was surprised by their professionalism. They treated mold as if it were a virus. From wearing protective gear and wearing a mask they treated the mold and removed from the premises. Their price for doing this i assume would be reasonable, since I don't think many people know of appropriated price for this service. But hey I'm a landlord, and I want to keep tenants and retain new ones, so I paid the price they asked because it saves me from any issues in the future. So I would recommend Mr. Water Danage Restoration, because the do a great job and stay professional.
