My experience with Lyon Restoration was nothing but positivity. From the initial interaction with Robbie, she was very quick and prompt to follow up with scheduling. Her time estimate on work schedule was pretty much on point & work was completed as scheduled. When one of her workers detected a roof leak, he was kind enough to place plastic over the area to prevent water leaking into the room since mold remediation was just completed and roof repairs had not yet been scheduled at that time. Overall, Lyon Restoration is a company that exudes efficiency, great work performance and professionalism. Thank you, Robbie for your time and great efforts!

This is review I wanted to provide before start of restoration. The reason I am doing this is because Lyon deserves it. After initial inspection, water leak source was fixed, they setup the dehumidifiers and left. We had some challenges as the tenants we not ready for the restoration work to start but Robbie and Nick gave me alternate 2 phase that would respect the privacy of the tenant as well as keep the work going. Robbie has called me even on Saturday evenings to make sure I am informed, discussed alternate options. I am already very impressed with the team for this service and confident that the restoration work would also be a 5 star. Will post my second review once the restoration is done Day 1 of the restoration work. Rudy and his team were nothing short of excellent. Robbie again did an amazing job in scheduling making sure the team arrived on time and they called me as soon the arrive. Rudy and team got to work immediately. They opened the false ceiling and made sure they checked for mould and any wetness. He even went upstair and made sure there are no more leaks. After the work was done, they cleaned the place so well that it looks so professional. Hats off. Amazing job Lyon Day 2 was again business as usual, Robin did the scheduling as planned and Rudy and his team arrived and got to work at once and were done by 2 pm including the cleaning Highly recommend Lyon Restoration for any water damage remediation work. My two-story house had leaks at both the roof and the window. The Lyon Restoration team, led by Ed and Sergio, came to my house. They promptly identified the sources of the leaks, outlined the damaged areas with blue tape, and constructed a Visqueen protection capsule, followed by floor protection. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail demonstrated by Ed and the supportive care provided by Sergio. Their proactive approach in identifying the problem and planning the work beforehand reassures me. I am pleased to know that the mold has been identified and will be treated, ensuring the safety of my family when they sleep in those rooms. My appreciation is expressed with high conviction due to my over 10 years of experience working on the general contractor side. I have encountered several restoration companies, but none resonate with me as much as this company and team. I want to express my gratitude to the Office Manager, Robbie, for her focus and energy. She played a crucial role in setting me up with the winning team, organizing resources, and communicating with decision-makers to ensure the work is done in the best interest of the customer. Nobody ever wants to hire a remediation contractor. But, when you need to, I recommend Lyon Restoration. Their team of clean, courteous, and efficient specialists arrived when they said they would; had all the equipment, tools, and supplies they needed; and quickly rescued as many of our things as they could. By the time they left on day 1 the water was gone, our things were boxed and moved out of the flood zone, and the drying out process was underway. What I appreciated the most was their willingness to explain what and why they were doing each step of the process. I hope you never need Lyon but if you ever do, they are the folks to call!
