Working with my HOA has always been challenging. However, when Dell Taylor showed up at my door I felt confident he was going to be the best man for the job. He is attentive and knowledgeable and turned a difficult situation into a job well done. He has very courteous staff. When Lanstar submits a certificate of completion you know he has done the best possible job. I highly recommend him.
