I like Don Garner. He takes charge and he knows exactly what needs to be done and he tells you what needs to be done and he does it and the people he sends in. Do a very very good job. I had Robert and Kenny in here for this water cleanup And they just work diligently without taking a breath. They’re very skilled and knowledgeable about what they’re doing and about how it affects the outcome.

Jenkins Restorations is LITERALLY a one stop shop! To be honest I thought I was in a whirlwind of trouble when a pipe burst in my new home and caused water damage to my plank vinyl flooring and the discovery of some aggressive mold. After coming across this company to do the water mitigation the work was done so professionally and in a timely manner I decided to use them for my mold remediation and remodel and boy am I glad I did. Tony Collins was over my mold remediation and went above and beyond to make sure he Rid the place of all the mold. Then, My Project Manager Donnie Jennert and his crew did their big one with the remodel, I have no complaints and although I hope to not need their services again I would trust this company to do any work for myself, my family or friends. I am extremely pleased!

These guys are lifesavers. My son flooded the upstairs bathroom and water fell through in to my kitchen, dinning room and living room, at around 6:00pm. JC from Jenkins called me about an hour after submitting my claim. Then he and Devario drove over an hour in separate vehicles and filled my house with fans and dehumidifier and by 11:00pm they had everything set up. JC returned to the house every day checking the humidity in the walls. One day with Jamie and another with Tyler. They were all very professional, helpful and answered all my never ending questions patiently. We are very grateful to all 4 of them. Thanks to their swift action my property did not suffer more damage and despite all the water that flooded my walls and my insurance not allowing them to make a hole to dry the area, within 5 days all was dry. Now to do reconstruction. I am hoping my insurance will approve Jenkins restoration in Lakeland to come back and help restore my home.

Wow! Jamie Jenkins and the crew (JC, Tyler, & D) did an exceptional job. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I knew the process for what needed to be done. Jamie exceeded the standard. His customer service and the way he approached the job is impeccable. He went above and beyond to make sure I was okay every step of the way. He did his job well. He is a definite asset to this company and very easy to work with. Kudos to Jamie and his crew.

Rob and his team was amazing to work with in getting water damage resolved for our kitchen and living room. He was on top of communication and scheduled work as conveniently as possible. We had minimal disruption to our day to day life. Jose made sure the job was done right the first time and I appreciate his meticulous eye on details. 100% recommend
